Following my interest
in ethnic minorities, I travelled
to these places over the course of 2 years.
I extend great thanks
especially to the Padaung
who convinced me to travel to Burma,
without their reassurance, I may not have gone

These peoples have all been marginalised
by their governments, in some cases brutally.
As a result some live very poorly
and all have harder lives than their
mainstream counterparts.
